Empowering the Next Generation on Malta Career’s Day

Malta Career’s Day, organized by BPW Valletta in celebration of International Women’s Day, was one of the biggest career events in Malta. Over 1,300 girls and boys attended the event, which aimed to empower the next generation and inspire young people to pursue their dreams.

Honorary guests at the event included Julia Farrugia Portelli, the Minister for Inclusion, and Madame Marie-Louise Coleiro Preca, President Emeritus of Malta (see photo above, together with BPW President and BSM Board Member, Mariella Camilleri). Both guests had a great interaction with BSM Global Association, who was one of the 200 mentors present during the event.

Training the Maltese Youth Group

In addition to empowering young girls, BSM Global Association attended the event to activate the Maltese Youth Group and train them into becoming young leaders in the fight for human rights.

BSM Global Association’s founder and president personally mentored and guided the youth group during the event. She shared her own experiences and insights as a human rights advocate, inspiring the youth group to be passionate and proactive in their own pursuits. By providing the Maltese Youth Group with real-world experience and practical skills, BSM Global Association hopes to create a new generation of leaders who can effect positive change in Malta and beyond.

The training and mentoring provided by BSM Global Association during Malta Career’s Day proved to be a powerful and inspiring experience for the Maltese Youth Group. Many young people reported feeling more confident and empowered to take action and pursue their own dreams after the event. The impact of BSM Global Association’s efforts on the Maltese Youth Group will undoubtedly be felt for years to come, as the youth group continues to grow and effect positive change in their communities.
